Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Los Angeles, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development life cycle for the development of Cloud-based technologies. Manage end-to-end journey for information technology projects from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage various aspects of the full software development life cycle utilizing information technology projects, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, information technology project team and developers and testers, and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM and Azure to participate in the design and development for Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;
• Architecting, building, and deploying multi-cloud solutions in Azure and Dynamics CRM to support enterprise clients;
• Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress, utilizing Jira and Azure DevOps;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions, using Azure, Jira, and SQL technologies;
• Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public cloud platforms, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Stream Analytics;
• Designing solutions within cloud infrastructures, using Azure and MS Dynamics; and
• Participating in development, communication, and implementation of organizations' DevOps capabilities, including continuous integration, continuous test automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring, using Azure DevOps, Jira, and GitHub.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $144,600.00 - $241,000.00
