Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions for information technology projects. Manage the overall project strategy for information technology projects by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Guiding all phases of the Agile methodology-driven project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Utilizing Oracle Test Scripts and Process Flows to support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), End to End testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Coordinating assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle Retail Merchandising, Oracle Cloud Finance, Advance Inventory Planning, and System Integration system landscapes;
• Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Retail Integration Bus, Oracle Data Integrator, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Apache Kafka;
• Performing Oracle Retail Merchandising, Oracle Retail Demand Forecast, Advanced Inventory Planning, Oracle Finance Cloud, and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP ALM and JIRA;
• Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Requirement Traceability Matrix, Microsoft (MS) Office and MS Visio;
• Guiding the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing ServiceNow, MS SharePoint, and MS Projects; and
• Participating in the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Oracle User Guides, Training Manuals, and Quick reference Guides.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
