Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Stamford, Connecticut and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects for software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Microsoft (MS) Office 365 Suite, Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ServiceNow, SAP Clean Core Strategy, and Agile Methodology to work on software development and implementation services utilizing SAP S/4HANA implementations;
• Tracking and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI);
• Tracking application defects, working on defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing MS SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, and Micro Focus ALM;
• Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals and working on deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for Power, Utilities and Renewables (PUR) or Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) clients using MS Visio, MS Excel, and Jira;
• Participating in full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), and SAP S/4HANA Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and building custom applications using SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), SAP BTP, and SAP CPI;
• Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides; and
• Participating in business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions.
