Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology project and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Manage the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Ensure that the design is transformed into code components as per design patterns and architectural principles by performing code reviews and unit test walkthroughs. Manage the implementation of data enrichment, lookup, filtering and data cleansing routines, and solutions to improve data quality of the ingested data. Perform performance tuning of the components to meet the performance requirements. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Leading teams utilizing market-driven innovations including personalized offers, real-time alerts, and predictive maintenance to generate insights leveraging on-premise, web, and cloud-based platforms;
• Leading teams that perform data management, including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling while utilizing SAP Data Services (SAP DS) and SAP HANA;
• Leading teams that work to provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools, including SAP DS, SAP HANA, and SAP Information Steward to produce analysis and algorithms;
• Formulating and creating functional and non-functional specification documentation for product development and roadmaps, business process reengineering, business modeling, analytical and business rules definition, data architecture, and user interface and experience by utilizing Oracle, Microsoft (MS) Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, IBM Db2, Flat File Database, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and SAP HANA;
• Improving data discovery, sourcing, modelling, and analytics by defining process mapping, decision mapping, and data governance to support the creation of data flows and models with SAP Business Object Data Services (BODS), SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), and SAP HANA;
• Overseeing complex engagements with relevant data management consulting in master data, metadata, data architecture, data conversion, data governance, and data quality in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), SAP Material Management (SAP MM), SAP Human Resource (HR), and SAP Utilities; and
• Developing master data architecture to support master data management, quality, and governance capabilities using SAP BODS, SAP HANA, and SAP MDG.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $144,600.00 - $241,000.00.
