Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Perform software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Gather SAP project requirements from the business; perform current state system analysis, document requirements and create technical and functional specification documents for application development. Translate SAP system requirements into functional design, including the use of object oriented analysis and design techniques; to finalize system design. Design, configure, test, and support SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Build, configure, and monitor interfaces to integrate SAP business modules with 3rd party systems.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), S/4 HANA (Suite for HANA), NetWeaver, Gateway, Fiori, Workflows, Web Dynpro, Application Link Enabling (ALE), and Application Programming Interface (API) to provide software development and implementation services;
• Creating screen mockups and user interface (UI) storyboards and conducting sessions to finalize system design, utilizing SAP ABAP - Object Oriented, Atlassian Jira, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Microsoft (MS) Teams, and Zoom;
• Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Finance and Controlling (FICO), Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), Change Management and Charm Process (Transport Request), to develop technical objects, including modules and reports;
• Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Central Component (ECC), or S4 HANA with 3rd party systems;
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, using Google Docs, MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint;
• Defining systems strategy and developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions utilizing SAP ABAP, S/4 HANA Core Data Services (CDS) Views, OData (Open Data Protocol) Services, custom Fiori applications, Conversions and Enhancements, and Data Management Framework (DMF); and
• Implementing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodology during all project phases, including preparation, blue printing, realization, go-live, and post go-live support.
