Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Dataloading, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, Duplicate Rules, Data.com Clean, and Data Import Wizard to perform data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, and interface development;
• Performing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tasks, including requirements management, design, coding, deployment, defect triage, and change management, using Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and GitHub for code review, and Jira for issue tracking;
• Utilizing Data Loader, Visual Studio (VS) Code CLI, Workbench Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) to design and develop data conversion strategies, and facilitate mapping and cleansing workshops;
• Recommending, designing, and implementing Salesforce Cloud Solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, for efficient customer relationship management, and leveraging Salesforce Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for hosting custom applications, and ensuring security, compliance, and integration with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party solutions;
• Designing and deploying end-to-end cloud infrastructure, using VS Code, GitHub, and Jenkins;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing Cloud technology solutions, using Salesforce CRM, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, and offering training, support, and cost management to maximize the benefits of Salesforce implementations;
• Performing root cause analysis and documenting results, using Root Cause Analysis System (RCAS) 5-Whys Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Fishbone Diagrams;
• Deploying custom developed application, including Jenkins, GitHub, Salesforce CLI, process design, prototyping, code development and review, Unit Testing via User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, configuration, defect management, production deployment, and training, utilizing Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX), Salesforce Change Sets, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
