Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP Activate Methodology;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, and analyze and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using SAP Business Suite and SAP NetWeaver;
• Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging SAP Business Suite;
• Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to communicate tasks for implementation of SAP Business Suite projects;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP Business Suite, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP System and DataBase Refresh, SAP HANA, Oracle, Microsoft (MS) SQL Server and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan);
• Providing expertise in maintaining instances, maintaining file systems, and taking appropriate backups for security and consistency, utilizing disaster recovery strategies and application load balancing concepts;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders, using MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS Outlook; and
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, using SAP Product Availability Matrix (PAM), SAP Software Update Manager (SUM), SAP EarlyWatch Alert (EWA), SAP Security Notes, and SAP HANA Mini Checks.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
