Work You'll Do
Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.
- 15% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (willing to accept 3-year US or foreign degree) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to perform data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, and interface development;
- Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, process design, application configuration design, scripting, code development and deployments, enhancement validation, unit testing, performance testing, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues utilizing Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), MS Excel, and Azure Databricks Notebook;
- Converting legacy data according to current system's data structure using data warehouse concepts, including Microsoft Business Intelligence (MS BI) protocols SSIS, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Azure Synapse Analytics Dedicated SQL Pool;
- Creating technical and functional specifications, including navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Recommending, designing, and implementing Cloud Computing, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), Server Virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions;
- Designing and implementing storage architecture, and network architecture, utilizing Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen 2), Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), Azure Monitor, VNet, SubNets and Private Endpoints; and
- Performing data migration by architecting frameworks for standardization using SSIS, (SQL Server Management Assistant (SSMA), and Azure Data Factory.
