Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Lead software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of information technology project investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Lead test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing. Manage information technology project service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the information technology project proposal development process and manage the development of proposal pricing strategies. Lead the proposal development process and develop proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have four years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and six years of progressive related work experience. Position requires four years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Managing in day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and organizing and leading pursuit teams;
• Setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, overseeing activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope, utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
• Overseeing complex transformation programs and creating testing approach and strategies for Soarian implemention, leading defect prevention meeting, tracking defects using HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Octane, and Jira;
• Leading testing across custom developed solutions, including Lifesciences and Healthcare Industries based solutions and large-scale package implementations, utilizing automation tools including LeanFT, Unified Funtional Testing (UFT), UiPath and Opkey;
• Creating testing framework by developing project testing strategy and methodology, setting up testing tools and processes, and training testers;
• Managing in project management, planning, and estimating budgets and timelines for delivery using estimation tools and Tableau dashboards for Healthcare and Life Sciences Industries;
• Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices; and
• Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements using data visualization and project management tools, including Pricing Models, Power BI dashboards to show trends, and ALM reports.

Annual Salary: $175,725.00 - $292,875.00.
