Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Oversee engagements that lead companies through complex transitions that come with transactions and transformations that are part of that journey, including target identification and pre-deal due diligence, M&A roadmaps, strategies, and synergy targets, developing Day 1 projects and plans and post Day 1 planning and execution. Provide corporate and private equity buyers with a broad continuum of advisory services to support mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, investment and financing structures, disposition alternatives and post-transaction activities. Oversee day-to-day interactions and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development process and develop proposal pricing strategies. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and develop proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; lead the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Developing Day 1 projects & plans and post Day 1 planning, execution, transactions, and transformations;
• Leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting;
• Providing services to support mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, investment and financing structures, disposition alternatives, and post-transaction activities;
• Leading integrated, cross-functional teams to deliver M&A engagements across all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due-diligence, pre-close, and post-merger integration;
• Leading sales efforts, defining research needs, identifying and gathering relevant company and industry information, and developing and delivering proposal presentations to potential clients;
• Advising clients on transfer of people, processes, assets, technologies, and third-party contracts to stand-up new legal entities across the globe; and
• Developing and delivering client pitches and developing proposals, including pricing and Statement of Work (SoW) creation.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $203,400.00 - $339,000.00.
