Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients' needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Synthesize overall talent and workforce strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios, and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience. Identify and record key deadlines for the workstream in the engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties; construct a work plan around them that will quickly and effectively achieve goals while also allowing for reasonable work time and unexpected delays or pivots.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Driving analysis to measure and articulate the value of workforce and organizational activities, programs, and investments and providing actionable solutions, utilizing the Future of Work framework;
• Driving industry insight and analytical support, utilizing data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing Microsoft Excel, R (programming language) and Statistical Analysis;
• Creating business case decision models, customer financial models, and executing process mapping to optimize operational productivity, forecasting, and budgeting processes, utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Participating in the full lifecycle of a project including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing, utilizing Hybrid Agile and Momentum methodologies;
• Facilitating requirements gathering workshops, interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, and analyze and translate requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management;
• Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Project;
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups, utilizing Shared Vision Goal Alignment (SVGA) methodology and Change Readiness Tactics to understand clients' current-state process and programs; and
• Outlining future Workforce and Organization Transformation processes and programs, utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $137,700.00 - $229,500.00.
