Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Mulesoft or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for data integration, migration, and conversions, Figma as a collaborative interface design tool with prototyping capabilities, and Agile methodology and Data Governance Frameworks to ensure data quality and security;
- Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests utilizing Jira and Microsoft (MS) Azure DevOps;
- Performing root cause analysis and documenting results, using MS Office Suite, Jira and MS Azure DevOps for efficient collaboration;
- Creating technical and functional specifications utilizing MS Office Suite for documentation, Figma for UI prototypes, and Visio for crafting flow diagrams to design screen layouts, define navigation flows, illustrate logic diagrams, develop data and process models, and generate pseudo code;
- Deploying custom-developed applications including process design, prototyping, code development and review, unit testing, performance testing, configuration, defect management, production deployment, and training, utilizing Copado and GitHub for deployment, using Agile methodology;
- Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing system requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing Cloud technology solutions, using Salesforce Cloud including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud; and
- Recommending, designing, and implementing Cloud Computing, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
