Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies, and roadmaps in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Conduct market analysis including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessments to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environments. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Developing and documenting internal business services, processes, and metrics consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies utilizing Agile Scrum and Kanban techniques;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state and to-be systems, processes, and environments through use of Microsoft Office tools in-person and remote collaboration including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype;
- Working across all phases of the Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Scaling frameworks including LeSS, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies in the Software Development Lifecycle for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Developing integrated operating model strategies by assessing a client's business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems and recommending an asset-leveraging focused solution using Microsoft Office tools;
- Designing and implementing transformations, enhancements, optimizations, and improved business processes that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy;
- Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, by leveraging Jira, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Rally, and Tableau tools;
- Analyzing and visualizing data, drawing insights, and recommending solutions to specific client challenges by employing Jira, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Rally, and Tableau tools; and
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing Microsoft Office tools, Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Rally tools.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
