Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Conduct market analysis, including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Analyzing and visualizing emissions data from client operations, drawing insights, and recommending solutions to client emission reduction challenges, utilizing ThinkCell software, market and industry reports and structured expert interviews;
- Assessing market size, growth potential and market fragmentation for low-carbon technologies, using market and industry reports, and competitor segmentation analysis;
- Developing integrated enterprise, business unit and customer strategies by assessing a client's business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems, and recommending cost-effective solutions, utilizing strategy choice cascade, capability maturity assessment, and value contribution analysis;
- Developing actionable customer insights to inform low-carbon customer value propositions (CVPs), utilizing customer segmentation, conjoint analysis via Conjointly tool, and structured customer interviews;
- Developing strategic procurement options for low-carbon fuels and their impact on emissions reporting for enterprise-level clients, using market and industry reports, policy research, Green House Gas (GHG) protocol guidance, corporate benchmarking, structured customer interviews, and procurement scenario analysis; and
- Leading client workshop sessions to develop, capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, stress-testing and validating hypotheses, using scenario planning methodology and immersive workshop design.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $137,700.00 - $229,500.00.
