Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Financial Services Industries. Bring deep payments content experience across the payments processing, acquiring, and gateway sectors of the industry. Apply experience advising clients in a consulting capacity on debit, credit, ach, wire, check, prepaid, and emerging methods of business to business and business to consumer payments. Drive vendor assessment for content management of financial services companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Develop a shared services organization for clients and improve back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Leveraging best insurance practice and guiding principles to advise clients on emerging trends and technology in the industry;
• Developing solution requirement related documentation including use cases, mapping data elements, business rules, and functional specification document;
• Architecting enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing Guidewire Insurance Suite;
• Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using prototype, process flow, and core industry expertise;
• Working across phases of the software development life cycle using the Agile methodology, Jira, and Rally, for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by training client on the new system, defects triaging, and maintainining defects tracker and team to aim the targeted production release date;
• Modeling, designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Jira and Rally;
• Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing SQL queries.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
