Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premises to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Performing and leading team with aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, utilizing Azure DevOps to track the project management;
- Utilizing Sprint planning, requirement grooming sessions, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with business to design and develop data conversion strategies, as well as facilitating mapping and cleansing workshops;
- Leading technical and functional specifications, including custom tabs, custom objects, Components, Salesforce Visualforce Pages, validation rules, approval processes and auto-response rules screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing Salesforce configuration and customization with APEX coding and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
- Recommending, designing, and implementing HTML forms and Salesforce site pages to intake Salesforce submission Cloud Computing, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Managed Cloud, Server Virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions;
- Designing and deploying end-to-end cloud infrastructure, using the Force.com plugin for Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to develop, enhance, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform;
- Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing Cloud technology solutions using System, Regression, and User Acceptance (UAT) testing;
- Performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and documenting issues that are escalated to the Services Technology Team results using MS Azure and Siebel tickets; and
- Deploying custom developed application, including Salesforce site pages and third-party integrations by developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions, meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
