Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in Columbus, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage advisory and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Manage the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations in connection with information technology projects, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Ensure that the design is transformed into code components as per design patterns and architectural principles by performing code reviews and unit test walkthroughs. Manage the implementation of data enrichment for information technology projects, lookup, filtering and data cleansing routines and solutions to improve data quality of the ingested data. Perform performance tuning of the components for information technology projects to meet the performance requirements. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Guiding teams utilizing Jira, Microsoft (MS) Teams, MS Project Plan, Google shared drives, Tableau reporting, and analytics to generate insights leveraging on-premise, web, and cloud-based platforms;
- Coordinating teams that work to provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization and predictive modelling tools, including Python, Databricks, MS Excel, Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for predicitve modelling, SAP Business Objects (BO) and Tableau to produce analysis and algorithms;
- Formulating and creating functional and non-functional specification documentation for product development and roadmaps, business process re-engineering, business modeling, analytical and business rules definition, data architecture, and user interface and experience by utilizing Confluence, Atlassian, ER studio, Gantt charts and MS Project Plan;
- Improving data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics by defining process mapping, decision mapping and data governance to support the creation of data flows and models with Informatica data mapping, Spark, Python, and Idera;
- Guiding complex engagements with relevant data management consulting in master data, metadata, data architecture, data conversion, data governance, and data quality in Insurance sector and Consumer Markets;
- Guiding the development of master data architecture to support master data management, quality, and governance capabilities using ER modelling, Idera, Erwin, Python, Databricks, AWS predictive analysis tool Sagemaker, Agile methodologies, and AWS DataOps and DevOps tools including CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy; and
- Coordinating the production support team for the development, support and maintenance areas where Informatica Powercenter was used for data mapping, data pipelining, business logic implementation, Data analysis and business reporting using the SAP Business Objects tools.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
