Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the information technology project needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (willing to accept 3-year US or foreign degree) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and five years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have three years of related work experience involving each of the following:
• Creating key strategic and operational solutions for clients within the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector, utilizing interview results and custom frameworks;
• Coordinating day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
• Engaging in sales and business development efforts, including proposal creation and business case development;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing appropriate Agile cadences & reporting and steering committees;
• Participating in the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Jira, Kanban Boards, and Agile sprint ceremonies;
• Driving, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews; and
• Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects, utilizing Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Workfront.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $144,600.00 - $241,000.00.
