Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in McLean, Virginia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage Oracle software advisory, information technology project, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Cloud Financials implementation to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Technology, Financial Services, or Consumer, industries;
- Participating in all phases of the Oracle EBS and Cloud Financials implementation project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Conducting Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and Lease Origination to Termination business process workshops by leveraging Oracle EBS and Cloud Financials to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Lease Accounting;
- Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture through use of gap analysis templates to design Oracle GL, AR, AP, FAH, CM, FA, and Lease Accounting system landscapes;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle GL, AR, AP, FAH, CM, FA, and Lease Accounting;
- Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, and creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements using Atlassian Jira, and Agile methodology; and
- Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project, and PowerPoint.
