Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services in connection to information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions for information technology projects. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process for information technology projects; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Coordinating and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies;
- Working across phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery lifecycles, including planning, blueprint and requirements analysis, for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Customer Services (CS), and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules;
- Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP applications in the client's landscape;
- Coordinating large-scale SAP implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP including SAP SD, SAP CS and SAP PM modules utilizing Agile and Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodologies, including Jira;
- Participating in project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Project Plan, MS PowerPoint and Agile methodology tools, including Jira;
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP including SAP SD, SAP CS and SAP PM modules; and
- Performing SAP SD, SAP CS, and SAP PM modules production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP Quality Center (HPQC), HP Service Manager (HPSM) and Jira.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
