Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage innovative and transformative solutions that help companies transform, innovate, and build capability in their learning functions using industry-leading methodologies, organization visualization, and analytics. Manage the definition, build, and implementation of Learning and Development program enhancements to Human Resource (HR) processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results. Manage Learning Advisory initiatives, focused on transforming learning by defining efficient and aligned learning strategies, organization structures, processes, and technologies, and Learning Development engagement, focused on designing effective and engaging courses and curriculum. Oversee the setting of engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Deliver quality learning organization solutions, including high-impact learning organization operating models, governance charters and decision processes, modern learning technology strategies and initiatives, and project status reports. Lead the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Leveraging Kotter's Change Management Model, The Prosci Methodology, and The ADKAR Change Management Model to create innovative and transformative solutions for client's learning functions;
• Participating in the design and development of Learning and Development courses and curriculum;
• Participating in the strategy, design, and development of learning organization projects and learning experience solutions that drive success for client organizations and their workforce utilizing Training Approach, Communications Plans, and Artifact Development, and Leadership Alignment;
• Participating in the development of project execution plans, risk and status reports, and project master schedules, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS Visio, Power BI, Project, and PowerPoint Identifying and executing multi-channel communications and cross-functional engagements with critical client stakeholders, influencers, and adjacent project teams;
• Participating in project teams, including mentoring and coaching the professional development of junior consultants; and
• Participating in the planning and execution of project milestones, key deliverables, and communications and engagement strategy, utilizing MS Project, Smartsheet, and MS Excel.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
