Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle for the development of Cloud-based technologies. Develop end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development for information technology projects within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage various aspects of the full software development life cycle for information technology projects, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Apex, Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, Developer Console, and Microsoft (MS) Visual Studio to manage design and development for Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services focusing on Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
  • Managing technical teams in order to architect, build and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions to support enterprise clients;
  • Defining, tracking, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress utilizing Atlassian Jira, and MS Teams per Agile methodology;
  • Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions using MS Visio, Draw.io, Confluence, and Jira;
  • Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public cloud platforms, including Salesforce CRM;
  • Managing teams in designing solutions within cloud infrastructures using Salesforce CRM; and
  • Managing the development, communication, and implementation of organizations' DevOps capabilities, including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Test (CT) automation, Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines, and application monitoring, using GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and MS Visual Studio per Agile methodology.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $179,171.00-$241,000.00
