Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients' needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Manage day-to-day interactions with executive and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage teams that provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Manage aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Leading teams that define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structures that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results while utilizing Workday;
• Working across all phases of the Workforce Organization Transformation project delivery lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement solutions for enterprise level clients, utilizing Workday Integration tools, including Workday Studio, Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT), and Packaged Integration Connectors;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state organization, processes, and environments specific to organizational design, workforce capacity and competencies, training, and talent acquisition and development;
• Designing and delivering user guides, and leading and supporting training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments;
• Analyzing comparative reports and running conversion cycles in order to identify differences between source and target data; and
• Performing end-to-end project testing of technology and functional deliverables, including Unit, System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), and Service Rehearsal testing, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Microsoft (MS) Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Smartsheet for managing test scripts, plans, and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week
