Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in San Diego, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies, and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Manage technical enablement assessments to determine key process and organizational gaps in business environments. Manage vendor assessment for content management for companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessments. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Develop proposals and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Value Chain, Gap, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis, Business Continuity, Strategic Sourcing, and Risk Management methodologies to drive the creation of strategic and operational solutions for clients within the Technology, Consumer, Insurance, and Travel and Hospitality industries;
• Providing organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business solutions, utilizing Business Model Canvas, People Process Technology (PPT), and Value Proposition frameworks;
• Managing day-to-day interactions with key stakeholders, business executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining relationships with top decision makers;
• Leading the development and quality assurance (QA) for multiple deliverables, from scope, design, and Implementation, per business specifications and agreed timelines;
• Working across all phases of the Product Development Lifecyle for products and solutions for leading enterprises, including leading design sessions, issue resolutions, and review discussions;
• Using project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to help optimize and accelerate product development and solution implementation for organizations;
• Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating processes and workflows, and drawing insights from analysis for purposes of developing solutions for challenges and key issues by utilizing multiple debug tools, Excel, Tableau, Microsoft (MS) PowerBI (Business Intelligence), Structured Query Language (SQL), and Hypothesis-driven, Descriptive and Predictive analysis frameworks; and
• Promoting business development efforts, including proposal creation and driving discussions that support in the maintenance and strengthening of customer relationships.

Annual Salary: $216,736.00 - $241,000.00
