Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage information technology project software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements to create business solutions for large companies. Manage information technology project teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Oracle modules. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Performing financial transformation for on-going operations recognizing revenue based on Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) guidelines through Revenue Management Cloud Service;
• Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions;
• Analyzing client pain points, performing requirement analysis, and designing and implementing creative business solutions for multiple client industries through Accounts Receivable (AR);
• Participating in business development initiatives, including proposal development and contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies;
• Performing business process and As-Is/To-Be analysis for customer Advanced Collections and Credit Management;
• Conducting training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides;
• Participating in day to day interactions with executives and sponsors and developing and maintaining contact with key decision makers; and
• Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Atlassian Jira and ServiceNow.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $131,175.00 - $218,625.00.
