Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage information technology project SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage information technology project and the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage information technology project and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions including SAP Material Management (MM), SAP Warehouse Management (WM), SAP Production Planning (PP) ,SAP Quality Management (QM), SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Ariba & SAP Solution Manager, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Flat File Technical Interfaces;
• Working across phases of the project life cycles with Waterfall and Agile methodologies to develop integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP Enterprise Central Component (ECC) & its modules & S/4 HANA Logistics with various SAP and Non SAP Cloud and On premise hosted applications in the client's landscape;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Feasibility analysis, Business Process Mapping (BPM), Business Process impact or Analysis, Gap Analysis, Requirement's elicitation, Release Management, Data migration, and Test execution;
• Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks for large scale SAP Operations support project to budget scope and resources with multiple vendors and geographically distributed teams across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint;
• Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including Business Process Consulting and ongoing SAP upgrades, Implementation, and Production support along with simplifying the process and IT landscape, utilizing Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Service Now (SNOW) IT Service Management (ITSM) Tool;
• Utilizing Micro Focus ALM, HP Quality Center, SAP Solman to support and perform Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance Testing, and Automation testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Various MS Office Templates and audio Video tools with client supported technologies;
• Performing SAP MM, PP, QM, PM, WM & S/4 HANA for Interfaces development, Data Conversions, Enhancements, User Exits, workflow & Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) and Logistics production rollouts, providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing SAP SolMan, SAP Rev-Track ServiceNow, and Jira.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
