Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Manage technical enablement assessments to determine key process and organizational gaps in business environments. Manage vendor assessment for content management for companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessments. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Develop proposals and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
--Utilizing qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to drive the creation of strategic and operational solutions for clients within the Government and Public Services Industry;
--Participating in teams that aim to provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models for public sector organizations, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office Suite;
--Engaging in day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
--Reviewing the quality assurance (QA) for client's deliverables, including strategy roadmaps and periodic reports per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing MS Office Suite;
--Using project management frameworks, including Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), to help clients optimize and maintain applications to maximize Return on Investment (ROI); and
--Promoting business development efforts, including proposal creation and the maintenance and strengthening of client relationships.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $155,542.00 - $229,500.00.
