Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Oversees the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing Agile, Enterprise Value Delivery (EVD), Jira, and Confluence;
• Working across phases of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP S/4 HANA to enhance user experience in Supply Chain Transformation through SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Accounts Payables (AP) Modules;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating S/4 HANA and cloud based applications applications in the client's landscape;
• Leading large-scale Supply Chain Transformations implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Sprint Planning, Agile Methodologies, SAP LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), and MS Office;
• Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including multiple cutover cycles, User Testing and Business Sign-Offs , utilizing HP Quality Center (QC) and ServiceNow;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS PowerPoint, ARIS, and SNAGIT;
• Performing SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain Transformation (SCM) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Jira, HP Quality Center and ServiceNow.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
