Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in San Diego, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Manage and deliver components of engagements in connection with information technology projects to create business solutions for large companies. Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Oracle modules for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Agile Methodology to lead software development and implementation services utilizing Oracle products including Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Narrative Reporting, Workforce Planning, Financial Data Quality Enterprise Edition, Database PL/SQL, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Consolidation, and SmartView Utilizing Microsoft Office suite to gather and configure Oracle system requirements into functional design;
• Utilizing Microsoft Office suite to gather and configure Oracle system requirements into functional design;
• Working on day to day interactions with executives and sponsors and developing and maintaining contact with key decision makers;
• Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details utilizing Jira;
• Participating in business development initiatives, including proposal development and contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies;
• Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals and managing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for Government, Franchise, Retail, or Real State clients;
• Working on full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging Planning, Forecasting, and Financial closing business logic to build custom applications; and
• Conducting training sessions to facilitate Oracle systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $135,408.00-$218,625.00
