Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Jacksonville, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Oversee the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Participating in the delivery of components of engagements, modernizing core systems, and evaluating and reimagining clients' business, utilizing SAP Integration Platform as a Service (iPaas), SAP Process Orchestration (PI/PO), Dell Boomi, and SAP ABAP development skills for SAP S/4HANA projects;
- Working across all phases of the SAP Activate and Hybrid software development lifecycles for the design, development, testing, production cutover, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions for enterprise clients;
- Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Cloud for Customer (C4C), Hybris Marketing, and Data Quality Management Microservices (DQM), using SAP Integration Suite, SAP Process Orchestration (PO), ABAP, and Dell Boomi;
- Leading large-scale implementations of SAP S/4HANA ERP, SuccessFactors, C4C,and Hybris Marketing across organizations globally, driving program governance, and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
- Using SAP Cloud Platform Integration, PI/PO, Dell Boomi, ETL Tools BODS (Business Objects Data Services), ABAP, API Management, and SAP HANA Technical Architecture for the design and development of enterprise solutions;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP ASAP and SAP Activate methodologies;
- Architecting and designing SAP S/4HANA ERP, SuccessFactors, C4C, and Hybris Marketing using PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP DS (Data Services) production rollouts, and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution; and
- Participating in business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
