Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Los Angeles, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage software development and implementation information technology projects and services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Agile Development Methodology to manage software development and implementation services, utilizing SAP Analytics tools including SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, HANA,Business Objects Suite of tools including Analysis for Office, and Web Intelligence Report;
• Delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing SAP Analytics toolset SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA,HANA, Business Objects Suite of tools including Analysis for Office, and Web Intelligence Report;
• Tracking application defects, managing defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Microsoft Excel;
• Developing project plan and managing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for clients using Agile methodology;
• Coordinating full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging SAP Analytics toolset including SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, Business Objects Suite of tools including Analysis for Office, Web Intelligence Report and building custom applications using Agile Methodology;
• Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides;
• Coordinating business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions and managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;
• Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using SAP Analytics toolset including SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, Business Objects Suite of tools including Analysis for Office, and Web Intelligence Report.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $131,175.00 - $218,625.00.
