Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage information technology project including the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for the future trade promotion management system. Manage information technology project and technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gap in current trade promotion management activities. Manage information technology project including vendor assessment for content management of Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage information technology project including engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Participate in proposal development and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile methodology, Ansoff Matrix, Porter's Five Forces Model, BCG Growth-Share Matrix, and SWOT Analysis business frameworks to drive the creation of solutions for clients within the Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) Industry;
- Managing teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing MS Visio for process mapping, and Kanban principles for workflow management;
- Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and contributing to sales and business development efforts;
- Leading the quality assurance (QA) for client's deliverables, including Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Go-To Market launch plans per business specifications and agreed timelines;
- Overseeing the creation of scalable designs and technical solutions;
- Overseeing project management efforts using Agile framewok to help clients optimize and maintain applications in order to maximize Return on Investment (ROI); and,
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing MS Excel and Tableau.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $229,259.00 -$292,875.00
