Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Costa Mesa, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Working across phases of the Traditional, Agile, and Hybrid Project Lifecycles, including the initiation, planning, execution and closure stage, for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Finance (FI), SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) modules;
• Defining processes and workflows and translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications, use cases, mock-ups, process maps, and workflows leveraging tools, including leading and developing kick-off meetings, design workshops, training workshops and integrated systems demonstrations;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models and documentation templates, including business requirement documents (BRD), System Requirements Specifications, Solution Architecture Designs, and Detailed Design Specifications;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely and quality project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft (MS) Project Plan, and preparing executive summary reports, RAID Logs, project charters, cutover plans, and daily status reports;
• Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), and Classification and Clustering Methodologies to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions;
• Providing data management, including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling, utilizing SAP MDG to conduct Data Health
Assessments to understand data quality gaps and plan for data remediation;
• Facilitating requirement gathering, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, Functional Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
workshops, and cutover support for client meetings, utilizing MS Visio, change requests, managing test scripts, plans and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports; and
• Troubleshooting and resolving defects and issues relating with SAP FI, SAP Materials Management (MM), and EAM, utilizing SAP MDG, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, HP Application
Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Remedy.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $126,942.00-$148,000.00
