Position Summary

As an experienced Community Manager you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools, non-profits, and community partners; hosting and facilitating engagements and events.
- Leading and supporting a team; coordinating tasks and meetings; effective communication and problem-solving.
- Planning and executing programs, workshops, and events; managing logistics and coordinating with partners.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer & Marketing group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Social Work, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of community management/engagement experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be able to work in or relocate to Detroit, MI
Preferred
- Previous experience with student support and advising
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
