By joining our team, you will play a key role in helping to our clients uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data and transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace.
Work you'll do
Assist clients with the design and implementation of a business process reengineering project. Tasks will include:
- General project management, to include developing and updating the project plan, managing internal and external stakeholders, organizing meetings with prepared materials (e.g., briefing decks, talking points), and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
- Collaborate with the Information Management & Technology team to gather requirements, conduct system testing, execute strategic communications for system updates, and monitor and manage updates and modifications to critical IT systems.
- Complete process documentation, create training materials, develop automation tools (e.g., robotic process automation bots), and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
- Develop and implement Advana-based data analytics tools in collaboration with a technical Deloitte resource.
- Present periodic updates to senior leaders at the client.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, maintain a comprehensive risk register, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of project information and updates.

This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 2+ years of experience with Security Cooperation and Foreign Military Sales
- Travel up to 25%
Preferred:
- Previous Federal Consulting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with accounting systems of record
