Position Summary
The Manager for Accounts Payable, Imprest and Overseas Allowance Payments is responsible for accounts payable, imprest and overseas allowance payment data and requests to ensure consistency with the accounting policies of Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the GPS Accounts Payable (AP) process:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the GPS AP process; including, voucher change requests, vendor refunds, voucher postings, voucher errors, and AP workflow queries and errors.
- Post vendor vouchers and manual checks.
- Liaise with National Financial Control and IT teams which monitor SAP/CostPoint interfaces to resolve errors that are identified as data is transferred from SAP to CostPoint and vice versa.
- Perform testing, analysis and maintenance of the Deloitte GPS Systems with regards to GPS Accounts Payable on an ad hoc basis.
- Assist in the documentation and monitoring of internal controls, process improvements, and training of various stakeholders.
- Managing the Imprest and Overseas Allowance Payments (OAP) processes. Imprest is a term for the overseas bank accounts maintained by project teams working on international US contracts. OAP refers to US Government allowances granted to individuals working on international US contracts.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the Imprest and OAP processes; including, new imprest account set-up, monthly imprest submissions, and OAP submissions.
- Review and approve imprest accounts in Blackline.
- Approve imprest submissions and replenishments.
- Assist with the Sage accounting system implementation.
- Assist in the documentation and monitoring of internal controls, process improvements, and training of various stakeholders.
- Team Lead:
- Lead a team of analysts located throughout the US and India, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Serve as Coach for the US based analysts.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Accounting or Finance, or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of related accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Experience with Deloitte's GPS AP, Imprest, and/or OAP processes.
- Knowledge of Costpoint and/or Sage systems.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $193,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
