Technical Trainer

• Lead Learning: Conduct training sessions that empower our teammates to confidently navigate and utilize the technology and tools vital to their success.
• Design Learning Content: Create and continually improve instructional materials, including e-learning courses and job aids, to enhance the learning experience and accommodate various learning styles.
• Engage & Inspire: Implement various instructional strategies to ensure active participation and understanding, adapting as necessary to meet the diverse needs of our learners.
• Evaluate & Evolve: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, using this data to make ongoing improvements that drive better outcomes.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest training and instructional design trends, incorporating innovative methods and tools to keep our programs fresh and engaging.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related field, with a strong preference for those focusing on technology and digital tools.
• Collaborative Mindset: A team player who works well with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, and other departments to ensure that training aligns with our organizational goals.
• Instructional Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver content that meets the diverse needs of learners, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
• Clear Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a way that's easy to understand and engaging.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while consistently maintaining a high standard of quality.
