Technical Lead, Software Development
FileNet P8 SME to lead development projects and provide L3 support for DaVita's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience with project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing and project delivery
- 5+ years of experience with both agile and traditional waterfall project methodologies
- Extensive experience with IBM FileNet development, administration and configuration
- Extensive experience and working knowledge on IBM FileNet P8 5.5x, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM BAW and IBM Content Collector
- Extensive experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, SQL
- Experience in migration to / from P8 products
- Extensive experience in WebSphere application server
- Extensive experience with Oracle, MS SQL databases
- Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows servers
- Experience with NAS and GPFS technologies
- Preferred experience in patching/upgrading P8
- Preferred experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace
- Preferred experience setting up or providing requirements to setup monitors and alerts.

- Lead system designs and requirements for application development or modifications
- Integrate P8 with other systems and 3rd party applications
- Provide technical input to leadership decision making in the areas of software, hardware, and performance
- Perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for issues reported in production environment
- Coordinate with IT Operations and Development teams to ensure overall success
- Tuning P8 databases and application servers
- Migrate P8 applications to the cloud
- Support change management as needed to help teammates adapt to new technologies
- Actively participate in Agile project management activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
