FileNet P8 System Administrator to work on L2 support for DaVita's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of system administration experience
  • Extensive experience in IBM FileNet administration and configuration
  • Extensive experience and working knowledge on IBM FileNet P8 5.5x, IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Collector
  • Extensive experience in WebSphere application server
  • Extensive experience with Oracle, MS SQL databases
  • Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows servers
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Preferred experience integrating P8 with other 3rd party applications
  • Preferred experience in migration to / from P8 products
  • Preferred experience with NAS and GPFS technologies
  • Preferred experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace

  • Troubleshooting/resolving errors involving IBM WebSphere, Content Navigator, Content Collector and Content Engine Administrative Console (ACCE)
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for issues reported in production environment
  • Patching / upgrading P8, ICN and ICC and assist with other maintenance tasks to keep FileNet P8 systems current
  • Setup, configure, and maintain P8 Object Stores, Security Certificates, Doc Classes, Document Properties, Choice Lists, Indexes, Folders, Content Search Engine, Access Roles, Component Manager, Content Navigator Search Templates
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for P8-related issues, collaborating with IT teams and vendors as needed
  • Tuning databases and application servers
  • Setting up or providing requirements to setup monitors and alerts
  • Coordinate with IT Operations and Development teams to ensure overall success

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
