Systems Administrator
General Purpose of the Job
Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administrator provides direction and strategic guidance for the overall management and health of DaVita's mobile endpoint devices. There are multiple levels of responsibilities needed for our MDM administrator including: vendor coordination for SaaS hosted solution, in-depth knowledge of Apple's Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and Volume Purchase Program (VPP) programs, close coordination with MCOE and mobile app development teams, and overall knowledge of mobile devices. MDM administrator must have a detailed understanding of Incident and Problem Management process as SME for MDM with our Service Excellence teams; to include knowledge based articles and participation in multiple incident or problem resolution team/meetings. MDM administrator will be responsible for large or small scale rollout or other deployments for both hardware and software based initiatives. MDM administrator is expected to provide leadership and subject matter expertise during those deployments. Lastly MDM administrator is expected to keep abreast industry's best practices and technology trends to lead DaVita as our Village moves forward with MDM solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain Overall Health and Management for all mobile devices; DEP, VPP, VMWare AirWatch console, coordinate updates on SaaS platform with vendor, Apple iOS management and SME
- MDM SME for internal DaVita teams; to include MCOE, HS Acutes Mobile, Villagehealth, RX IT, Enterprise Messaging and IT Service Excellence
- Deploy and maintain customized applications for the Village (Private App Store)
- Ability to automate common procedures and continuously look for and execute on opportunities to improve services and teammate experiences
- Create and maintain documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Configuration Documentation, Policy Documentation, Knowledge Based Articles and Training Documentation

- 4-6 years' experience in Systems Administration
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred, combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in related area may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Experience with Intune, VMWare AirWatch/Workspace One or other enterprise level MDM platforms.
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Apple iOS, OSX and other mobile platforms, both hardware and software/OS.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols to include carrier networks such as Verizon, and ATT.
- Experience in Project Management methods

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
