GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Survey Response Manager will work with DaVita Kidney Care Operations and Clinical Leadership to coordinate response to all types of External CMS/State Surveys. They will work with operations to formulate a Plan of Correction that meets the CMS and/or State Regulatory requirements and support the team to finalize during the timeline required by the Statement of Deficiency. The Survey Response Manager will get final approval and submission by the Director, Regulatory Affairs. The final Statement of Deficiency and the Plan of Correction and documentation from the CMS Survey will be managed by the Survey Response Manager on the Survey database platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
1.Communicates, develops, supports, and reviews Plan of Correction for SOD's in response to CMS/State Surveys
2.Maintain record of all Survey SOD/POC submissions on the Survey Platform
3.On Site field Support as needed
4.Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
Vocational/Technical School Certificate Degree
Associate's Degree or Apprenticeship
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 4 years Nephrology Experience required.
Background/Knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage and Interpretive Guidance required.
Knowledge of State Regulations in Coverage Area required.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills require
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
CCHT preferred
RN license in state of residence preferred
Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN, CDN) preferred.

Salary/ Wage Range
$62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
