Supervisor, Leadership Development Program

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

DaVita is seeking a Supervisor to join the Redwoods team! This position will be responsible for internal and external recruiting efforts for our DaVita Leadership Development Programs.

Summer Internship Program and Event Management

  • Lead project management of the Redwoods summer internship program - including program design, participant and facilitator engagement

  • Routinely prepare, prep speakers, and produce presentations for internship events conveying information in a cohesive story
  • Lead, plan, schedule, track, and manage internship program from onboarding to post event surveys
  • Leverage project management skills to deliver results on schedule, manage stakeholders, raise risks and issues, manage up as needed
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and effectively managing time
  • Use strategic thinking and program feedback to make recommendations to advance programs, make real time adjustments and propose and execute long-term changes
  • Support survey design, development of metrics to evaluate curriculum effectiveness
Communications and Reporting
  • Routinely prepare and deliver stakeholder and senior and C-suite leader communications and presentations providing updates on recruiting efforts and working collaboratively to refine/improve recruiting strategies
  • Create and drive communication strategy to capture summer projects and executive mentors from across the village
Recruiting Planning and Execution
  • Travel to large scale recruiting conferences in the spring and on campus recruiting initiatives across core school portfolios in the Fall
  • Define and execute external recruiting strategy for diversity partnerships including managing and assessing candidates, and managing offers
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete for top talent in the market across MBA and Undergraduate
  • Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to improving the quality of candidates
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all partners (internal/external), leveraging relationships to accomplish goals
  • Manage large-scale project management for in-person and virtual recruiting events including large conferences, multi-school events, schoolwide presentations, and interview days
  • Ad hoc special projects as needed for recruiting and programming events that occur seasonally
Coach and Facilitate Teammate Development
  • Manage specific program sessions, act as "in room" presence and guide facilitators and participants
  • Lead 1:1 check-ins with participants, participate as an active thought partner
  • Build relationships/collaborate with a diverse group of people
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related degree program
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent/leadership development, career coaching, or relevant experience
  • Must demonstrate strategic thinking as well as a willingness to lead initiatives through implementation
  • Must demonstrate strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in high volume recruitment preferred
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, significant experience with recruiting databases preferred
  • Travel required: up to 20%, Role based in Denver, CO
