As the Sr. Manager of the Talent Acquisition Projects Team, you will lead a team of Project Managers and Analysts to create and execute plans for highly visible people focused and talent acquisition projects within the department. You will coordinate the work of cross functional project teams and vendors to develop and scale the solution(s), all while keeping executive stakeholders informed of current project status. The ideal candidate is ambitious, inquisitive, creative, analytical and results oriented. Due to the fast-paced environment of the team, the ideal candidate should also be flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive results. Lead team to create and present original progressive solutions. Anticipate roadblocks and engage resources needed to succeed. Create and update project plans to achieve key milestones independently. Prioritize and delegate work across the team. Communicate regular updates to Director/VP stakeholders.

Think strategically. Interpret data trends and adjust team goals, resourcing, and project strategies as needed. Uses critical thinking to solve the right problem end-to-end. Build and review complex analyses to assess impact on business metrics. Can independently perform analyses and QA the work of others. Anticipate how risks and outcomes associated with various courses of action impact team, department, and organization.

Influence stakeholders. Present information concisely and coherently. Explain the "why" and adjust to audience needs. Facilitate effective meetings with objectives and agendas. Effectively navigate tough situations independently. Distill complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; build appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations. Demonstrate a poised and credible demeanor, projecting confidence.

Lead. Apply judgment to project decisions and make recommendations to leaders. Approach challenges with composure, optimism, and options. Set clear expectations for the team and hold them accountable.  Seek and give feedback regularly. Uses discretion with sensitive topics.

Build relationships across departments. Create collaborative partnerships with peers and leaders that bring diverse perspectives together to create win-win outcomes. Manage relationships with senior business leaders and influence a diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Develop self & others. Attract, develop, and retain high-performing teammates. Manage workload to promote work-life balance and wellness for self and others while connecting to broader Village events. Motivate, coach, and develop direct reports, taking corrective action when needed. Cultivate an elevated level of collaboration within core team & partner relationships. Proactively seek out opportunities to deepen knowledge and expand leadership impact.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience managing projects from conception to execution at a large scale
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Microsoft applications required
  • Ability to analyze large data sets; strong analytical skills to find trends/insights and create meaningful visuals
  • Experience directly leading a team of project management professionals
  • Experience managing technology driven projects a plus
  • Consulting experience preferred but not required
  • PMP and/or PROSCI change management certification highly preferred

Salary/ Wage Range
$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
