GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Senior Analyst works closely with other departments, such as sourcing, external distribution/supplier partners, and others to maintain optimal inventory levels and support business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversight of Inventory Levels: Working closely with distributors/suppliers, DaVita category manager and other internal stakeholders to advise on recommended stock levels, support monthly inventory counts, conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and quarterly on-site visits to establish confidence in supplier's systems and processes.
  • Weekly Stock Orders: Performing analysis to determine weekly orders, review pricing with DaVita category manager and managing order corrections/exceptions.
  • Supplier Oversight: Liaison between supplier and DaVita procurement management. Tracking and monitoring lead times and order adjustments due to overages, shortages, damages, or substitutions.
  • Fulfillment Oversight: Monitor and update delivery notifications from pharma producers into third party distribution facilities.
  • Reporting and KPIs: You'll establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, fill rates and material availability to track inventory performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proficiency in Utilizing PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Methodology preferred
  • Proficiency in Utilizing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Methodology preferred

Salary/ Wage Range
$62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / year
