The Home National Clinical team delivers insights that move the business, facilitate clinical stewardship, educate leadership, and create value for our investors. We partner with senior operations leaders to evaluate key trends and inform decisions towards clinical excellence, driving growth, external partnerships, and business development. We develop and project manage initiatives that transform kidney care and Home Dialysis for teammates and patients within our geography.

The Senior Analyst - Home National Clinical Team is a key partner on a team that clinical and operational leaders depend upon for insights. The role is suited for a high-character individual who likes challenging problems, thinks creatively, has great communication skills, and is a team player. The Home National Team Clinical Lane is seeking a driven, organized, and collaborative teammate to support the implementation, project management, and analytics for a variety of Home initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to work on various projects within the Home Dialysis National Team, and will include interaction with different clinical teammates, analysts, stakeholders, field teammates and leaders.

This position reports to the Director, Clinical Services for DaVita at Home.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

1. Project & Stakeholder Management   
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines independently with some oversight for pilots and large-scale program implementation to Home dialysis programs across the U.S.  
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key project deliverables and project manage efforts to meet deliverables on time  
  • Coordinate and monitor internal approvals needed to proceed with pilots and large-scale projects   
  • Manage document approvals through legal and compliance process and maintain an updated database of approved materials for initiatives  
  • Provide outreach and support to field leaders and clinic teammates to gather feedback and develop implementation plans  
  • Design slides to compellingly communicate the story and insights from initiatives to internal audiences  
2. Analytics & Strategic Synthesis
  • Collaborate with Home and other stakeholders to define key data points needed to effectively monitor and evaluate projects.
  • Develop and maintain data collection methods based on project needs
  • Interface with clinic teammates including Care Technicians, Nurses, , Social Workers, Regional and Divisional Home Leadership and Facility Administrators to solve problems and respond to operational and reporting questions
  • Complete ad-hoc analytics requests as needed to support operations and decision making  
3. Presentation and Training
  • Develop training materials (handouts, PowerPoint presentations, graphs, charts) for launches and ongoing support of projects
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for clinic teammate and leadership trainings 
  • Deliver trainings to clinic teammates and leaders across the organization 
  • Support post-launch monitoring of teammate and leadership feedback 
  • Develop presentations and content to be shared with leaders on progress and outcomes of various initiatives and projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study  
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills required
  • Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred 
  • Strong email communication skills required 
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel (Expert) and PowerPoint (Advanced), including the ability to translate analyses into business impact; Tableau, Python (Pandas, SciKit Learn, Matplotlib), and SQL are each a significant plus

People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to foster effective teams and partnerships. Work successfully with diverse stakeholders

Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate at multiple levels (written, oral, presentation) and to any type of professional audience. Explain complex topics and distill insights from others
