DaVita's Compliance team, "Team Quest" identifies, develops, and implements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving healthcare regulatory landscape. As an Analyst, you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing compliance oversight.

This position supports the Compliance Manager in monitoring Referral Source agreements. Duties will include supporting the day-to-day monitoring functions of the Compliance team as well as one-off projects requiring data analysis, auditing and review, report development, and policy maintenance. The individual is also expected to improve existing processes, lead analyses, develop relationships with internal stakeholders, and provide cross-functional recommendations to support teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform and lead a variety of recurring and non-recurring processes and projects related to Compliance initiatives.
  • Support monitoring activities - including payment reconciliation and investigation, documentation and review of physician performance, and other contract performance monitoring activities.
  • Complete qualitative and quantitative data analysis, communicate results of analysis.
  • Manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and in alignment with Compliance objectives, with support from leadership.
  • Define and understand problems, collect and analyze data, perform research, and evaluate alternatives to assist leadership in decision making.
  • Communicate complex policies, procedures, and potential risk in an easily digestible manner to a range of audiences with support from leadership.
  • Motivate, coach, and support teammates and facilitate meetings.
  • Support Compliance Manager in addressing policy deficiencies through process creation and improvement.
  • Maintain effective relationships within Compliance and across multi-functional groups.
  • Combine innovative thinking and the ability to question the status quo to generate "outside the box" analytics and strategy.
  • Perform data entry, data maintenance, and database management.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • Compliance and/or Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of teammates.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
  • Travel required: 10%.
