Dialysis Social Worker (MSW)
In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. This can include crisis counseling, mental health services, and connecting patients with community programs and resources. We offer career options to fit your lifestyle and offer group supervision.

- Business schedule of working within a Monday - Friday week.
- Position will support both our Oakwood clinic in Dearborn (24 hours per week) and our Belleville clinic (16 hours per week)

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Licensed or registered in the state of Michigan as required by state regulations - LLMSW or LMSW
- We are looking for someone with a ton of energy
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
- Dedication to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure.
