Our DaVita Acute program is looking for RNs to work in the Great Grand Rapids area caring for dialysis patients at St. Mary's, Metro and Mary Free Bed facilities. Our Acute Nurses will troubleshoot and make sound decisions for our patients related to their dialysis treatment and will occasionally partner alongside the hospital staff to coordinate care. Your impact on the lives of our patients and their families will be felt every day.

Grad Nurses Welcome!!! No previous healthcare experience required - Paid Dialysis Training provided!

  • St. Mary's Hospital (200 Jefferson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503)
  • Metro Health (5900 Byron Center Ave, Wyoming)
  • Mary Free Bed (235 Wealthy St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503)

  • 3 days - 12-hour shift minimums
  • Monday - Saturday rotation
  • On-Call 1 weekend every 4 weeks
  • Schedules vary by hospital system. For this role expect to know your weekly schedule in advance, but your daily schedule may change depending on patient needs
What does a successful RN look like?
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Pending NCLEX
  • At least 1 year of hands-on nursing / externship experience - typically in a hands on, fast paced environment
  • Comfortable assessing, troubleshooting and making sound recommendations in demanding situations
  • Ability to interact with our partner's onsite of the hospital system
