Staff Nurse - Oak Park, Michigan
Full Time Paid Training! Please know this is NOT a Seasonal role - training will be 10 weeks to prepare you to work the floor.
What does the RN role entail?
- Team Leader - Looking for Growth and Career Development
- Thrives within a High Acuity team environment
- Full Time - Rotating base schedule 3 days and a minimum of 30 hours a week
- Comfortable working some weekends based on team needs
- Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day
- Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs
- Paid Dialysis Training provided

- At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
- Experience within fast paced settings such as LTC / Acute, ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
- ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
- Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
- Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
