Job Description

Essential Function

Reporting (International/Domestic)

  • Prepare, modify, and develop selected reoccurring and ad-hoc Cognos reports.
  • Design queries and manipulate large volumes of data.
  • Apply reasoning and creative thinking to turn abstract concepts into decision making tools and reporting.
Process Improvement
  • Provide and recommend technical solutions to optimize data management and improve business processes.
  • Work with others to remove obstacles to achieve team and department goals.
  • Utilize Alteryx, macros, and VBA to streamline processes.
Innovation
  • Work with IT, Concur, and International/Domestic stake holders to test and implement application enhancements and modifications.
  • Implementation of new applications or additional functions in current applications - including testing, documentation, and support.
System Maintenance and Support (International/Domestic)

  • Support and maintain SAP Concur
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day issues with users using ticketing system.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • High school diploma
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and M365 Office Suite
  • General Computer Knowledge
Preferred
  • SAP Concur
  • Cognos
  • Knowledge of T&E Business Expense
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable Functions
  • Experience Leading Projects
TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS

Travel: Slight travel may be needed for this role to achieve additional training and/or development. 1-2 times a year.

Nights/Weekends: May be required to stay late during month end close and system verifications. 1-2 times a month.

Language Skills

Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

Work Environment

Level III - Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers or printers, light traffic). Visual Requirements

Vision adequate to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of the position. May be required to demonstrate the ability to differentiate colors on a test strip.

Salary/ Wage Range
$78,000.00 - $97,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
